Built back, not filled.
Susan's work right now is Sculptra, a collagen stimulator, not a filler. It does not add volume. It asks your skin to rebuild its own structure, so the change arrives slowly, looks like you, and stays. Every pair below is weeks and months apart, never minutes.

Sculptra does not add a face. It wakes the one you have. The fibroblast goes back to work, collagen returns on its own schedule, and the result looks like nothing was done at all. Which is the point.

A few things worth understanding before we begin. If your question isn't here, it's a good one for the consultation.
Will I look like I've had something done?
No. Sculptra is designed to restore structure gradually by stimulating your own collagen production over time. The goal is not to change how you look. It is to support the facial framework that naturally diminishes with aging.
Is Sculptra® the same as filler?
No. Traditional fillers add immediate volume. Sculptra works differently, stimulating collagen to improve skin quality and facial support over time.
It helps create subtle, long-lasting structural support rather than temporary volume.
I lost weight and my face looks hollow. Can Sculptra help?
Yes. Weight loss depletes facial fat and the collagen scaffolding that supports it. The result is often a hollowed midface, a softer jawline, or skin that sits differently than it used to, even when the rest of the body looks and feels better than ever.
Sculptra works by asking your body to rebuild collagen in those areas. The fullness that returns is structural, not added on top. It looks like you, before the loss showed in your face.
When will I see results?
Results develop gradually over several weeks to months as your body produces collagen. Most patients begin noticing improvement in skin texture and support within 6 to 12 weeks.
How long does it last?
Sculptra typically lasts up to two years or longer, depending on your treatment plan and your natural aging process.
Will this help with jowls or early facial sagging?
Sculptra is often used to improve areas of structural loss that contribute to early jawline softening and midface flattening. By restoring support in strategic areas, we can often improve facial balance and contour.
Will my face look puffy?
No. Because Sculptra does not sit in the tissue the way traditional filler does, it does not create the same volumizing or “filled” appearance when used appropriately.
Am I too old for Sculptra®?
Sculptra can be appropriate for a wide range of patients experiencing collagen loss. Treatment plans are individualized based on your anatomy and your goals.
